Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and customers may need to request a refund. As an online service business, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and support. If unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing. To be eligible for a 50% refund, your request must be made in writing and sent to our customer support team at prnicoleemily@gmail.com. Due to it being an online service and not a physical product, we can only refund 50% of the initial payment; we may ask you for feedback on what went wrong and how we can improve our services. We value your feedback and will do our best to address your concerns. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please remember that some of our services may have specific refund policies that differ from our general policy. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions of the particular service you purchased. We reserve the right to refuse refunds when we believe a customer is abusing our refund policy.
